Shipping policy

We offer free first‑threshold delivery to your home or garage within the contiguous United States. White glove delivery with room‑of‑choice placement, assembly, and packaging removal is available for an additional fee, which is calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, cancellation requests are non‑refundable. Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Most deliveries are scheduled within a 3–4 hour window, and a responsible adult must be present to receive and inspect the order.
