4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the shipping address and added at checkout where required by law.

  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full order amount (including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees) to the payment method you provide.

  • Orders may be canceled or placed on hold if payment cannot be processed or is suspected of fraud.

5. Orders, cancellations, and changes

All of our products are made to order.

  • Once an order is placed, we begin production shortly thereafter.

  • Within 72 hours of placing an order, you may contact us to request a change or cancellation. Approval is not guaranteed.

  • After 72 hours, cancellation requests may be approved at AIB’s discretion and are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests are non‑refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other issues. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amounts you have paid for that order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy, as posted on this website and updated from time to time, is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

  • Shipping methods, service levels (such as first‑threshold and white‑glove delivery), and applicable fees are presented at checkout or quoted by our team.

  • You are responsible for confirming that elevators, stairways, ceiling height, hallways, and doorways can accommodate the product dimensions.

  • A responsible adult must be present at the scheduled delivery time to receive and inspect the order.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

7. Returns, refunds, and damages

  • Because products are made to order, most items are not eligible for return.

  • Return requests for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage are reviewed at our discretion and, if approved, are subject to round‑trip shipping charges and a 50% restocking fee.

  • Dream Gallery Collection products and custom orders are non‑refundable.

  • Approved returns must be requested within the stated return window, and items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  • Orders damaged in transit that are properly documented will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge.
